Beautiful weather on the mountain gave Lonnie the perfect day to travel from 11.2K to 13.6K just a couple hours shy of 14.2K camp. Having left at 9:30am he climbed with all his gear for a grueling 11 hours.
Weather permitting Lonnie will travel to 14.2K tomorrow afternoon and will spend the day there. We are also hoping Lonnie will be able to transmit some images from the mountain, in which case we’ll be sharing them here.
